Tell customers you got their bank transfer, automatically
Customers who pay by bank transfer, cash on delivery or money order wait for you to confirm the money arrived, and Shopify has no "payment received" email for manual payments. So they write in: "Did you get my payment?" RNS Bank Transfer Helper answers for you.

How it works
- Install and check the wording. Test mode keeps every email with you until you turn it off.
- A customer pays by bank transfer or another manual method you choose.
- You click Mark as paid on the order, as usual. The customer gets a "payment received" email from your shop's name; replies come to your inbox.
What you get
- Sends a "payment received" email when you mark a manual-payment order as paid
- Works with bank deposit, cash on delivery, money order and custom manual methods
- Email goes from your shop's name; customer replies land in your inbox
- Edit the subject and message; first name, order number and total fill in
- Home page shows the last 30 days: payments received, emails sent, any skipped
- Card, PayPal and Shop Pay orders are never emailed
What it can't do
- It doesn't change Shopify's own emails; it sends its own email from your shop's name.
- It can't read the bank details you typed in Shopify, so type them into the reminder text.
- It doesn't cancel unpaid orders.
Plans and price

- Payment received email, your wording, 30-day log

Questions
Which orders get the email?
Orders paid with a manual method (Bank Deposit, Cash on Delivery, Money Order, or your own manual method), when you click Mark as paid. Card, PayPal, Shop Pay and point-of-sale orders never get it.
Can the email include my bank details?
Shopify doesn't let apps read the payment instructions you typed in Shopify, so type your bank details into the reminder text in Email templates.
Nothing was sent. Why?
Check Settings: Test mode is on at first (emails are logged, not sent). On Free, the 21st payment email in a month is skipped; upgrade and use Resend.
What does the app read about my customers?
The name and email on the order, the order number, total and payment method.
Set up and use
6 steps
- Install the app and choose a plan (Free: 20 payment emails a month; Pro: unlimited + reminders).
- Home shows a 3-step checklist: check the wording in Email templates, send yourself a test. Test mode is on at first: payments are logged, no customer gets an email. Turn it off in Settings when the test looks right.
- Settings › Payment methods: which manual methods trigger the email (Bank Deposit, Cash on Delivery, Money Order, and any custom manual method once an order uses it). All ticked at first.
- A customer pays by bank transfer or another manual method. When the money arrives, the shop clicks Mark as paid on the order as usual. The customer gets the "payment received" email from the shop's name; replies go to the shop's own email.
- Reminders (Pro): an order placed with a manual method and still unpaid gets a friendly reminder after 2 days and a last one 5 days later (Settings › Reminders for unpaid orders: days, second reminder on/off, send hours in shop time). Reminders stop when the order is paid, cancelled, refunded or archived. Home › Waiting for payment lists these orders with "None yet · first {date}", "1 sent · next {date}", "2 sent" or "Stopped by you"; the ⋯ menu has Don't remind and Send reminder now.
- Home › Latest payments: every manual payment with its email status; search, filter by status, period and method, Export CSV. Click a row for what happened, the email as sent, Resend or Send to a different address.
Orders paid at checkout (card, PayPal, Shop Pay…) and point-of-sale orders never get the email and aren't listed.
